The purchased products are new (except for resealed products), in original packaging and benefit from a warranty, according to the legal provisions in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The warranty period runs from the date the respective good enters the consumer's possession.
For products for which it is required by the legal provisions in force, a warranty certificate will be issued. At the consumer's request, the warranty certificate will be provided in writing or on any other durable medium, available and accessible to him.
Any repair or replacement of the products will be made within a period of time, mutually agreed upon, in writing, between us and the consumer, taking into account the nature of the products and the purpose for which the consumer requested the products. The established period of time cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer, as the case may be, informed us of the lack of conformity of the product or handed over the product to us on the basis of a delivery-takeover document.

According to the legislation in force, the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than those of delivery. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the last good – if the consumer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the last good or the last piece – in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces.
If the consumer decides to exercise his right of withdrawal within the legal period, he has the option of completing the online form available here or making an unequivocal statement expressing his decision to withdraw.
We will reimburse the amounts received from the consumer, including, where applicable, the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The amount will be reimbursed as follows:
- for orders paid by card online -> by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
- for orders paid with money order/refund/iTransfer/bank card -> by bank transfer to the account indicated on the return form;
We may postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale or until the moment of receiving proof from the consumer that he sent the products to us, whichever is the earliest.
The consumer returns the products or hands them over personally to the address: Strada Ciorogarla 214, Bacu village, Joita commune, Giurgiu county, Depozit DC2 Rampa S35 without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the announcement of the withdrawal decision.
The consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products. The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
According to art. 16 of GEO 31/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- service contracts, after the complete provision of the services, if the performance began with the express prior consent of the consumer and after he confirmed that he was aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the complete performance of the contract by the professional;
- the provision of products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the professional cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- providing products made to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized;
- supplying products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
- the supply of products which are, after delivery, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery cannot be made before 30 days and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the professional cannot control;
- contracts where the consumer has specifically requested the professional to visit his home to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, during such a visit, the professional provides services other than those expressly requested by the consumer or supplies products other than the spare parts indispensable for carrying out the maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or products;
- the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- contracts concluded within an auction;
- the provision of accommodation services, for purposes other than residential, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services relating to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
- the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, if the provision has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.
